Job Duties

Under supervision, incumbent will perform clerical tasks such as photocopying, filing, answering phones, emailing, running errands and tracking and ordering supplies for the office and research studies. Assist Principal Investigator/Physician with patient follow up by submitting orders and prescriptions and making appointments

Job Qualifications

Ability to maintain office systems and records. Demonstrated ability to establish cooperative working relationships. Ability to function effectively as a member of a team. Be punctual with consistent attendance record. Strong interpersonal communication skills to effectively and diplomatically interact with others. Strong written communication skills to compose correspondence. Ability to handle confidential material with judgement and discretion. Computer knowledge; Experience with Microsoft Office programs such as Outlook, Word and Excel.
