Job Duties

The incumbent reports to the Manager of the Department of Medicine Clinic. Incumbent is responsible for collecting and distributing mail. Filing, scanning and uploading medical records to electronic health system. Assist in directing patients to appropriate appointment locations.

Job Qualifications

Skill in prioritizing assignments and multiple tasks. Skill in working independently and following through on assignments with minimal direction and in setting priorities, which accurately reflect the relative importance of assignments. Ability to accept directions from supervisors and act promptly. Ability to work as part of a team to ensure efficient operation of the Clinic.

Strong computer skills.
